Programs And Mentorship
The Ladder Academy provides AI coding courses, live build sessions, private mentorship, workflow training, and related learning material for students and working professionals.
Learning Outcomes
We teach practical AI-assisted development workflows, but your results depend on your effort, attendance, practice, project scope, and technical background. We do not guarantee a job, salary increase, business outcome, or specific software result.
Student Responsibilities
You are responsible for joining sessions on time, using tools legally, protecting your own credentials, reviewing AI-generated code before using it, and ensuring your projects comply with applicable laws and third-party terms.
Payments And Bookings
Program fees, private sprint bookings, and cohort seats are confirmed only after payment or written confirmation from the academy team. Refunds, rescheduling, and transfers may depend on the program format and timing.
Intellectual Property
Course material, templates, session notes, and academy workflows belong to The Ladder Academy or its licensors. Your own project ideas, code, and business materials remain yours unless separately agreed.
Acceptable Use
You may not use academy sessions or resources to build harmful software, abuse third-party systems, violate privacy, infringe intellectual property, or misrepresent AI-generated work as reviewed production code when it has not been properly checked.
